BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION
Chippenham, UK, 15 November 2016: Vectura Group plc (LSE: VEC; "Vectura" or "the Company"), announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 5,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.025 pence each.
The application is in respect of shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of awards under the following Vectura Group Share Option Plans:

The new shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 21 November 2016.
