MR DAVID HUMMEL: EXERCISED 2,033 OPTIONS GRANTED 13 DECEMBER 2010 AND SUBSEQUENT SALE OF THESE SHARES.

MR TIM COOPER: EXERCISED 460 OPTIONS GRANTED ON 13 DECEMBER 2010 AND SUBSEQUENT SALE OF 218 SHARES TO COVER COSTS. A FURTHER 38 SHARES WERE ACQUIRED FROM THE ASSOCIATED HYPOTHETICAL DIVIDEND PAYMENT.
