Jane Toogood joins Norsk Hydro as a Non-Executive Director

The Group has been notified that Jane Toogood, a Non-Executive Director of the Company and Chair of the Corporate Responsibility (CR) Committee, has been appointed to the Board of Norsk Hydro ASA, the Norwegian aluminium and renewable energy company, as a Non-Executive Director. This is effective from their Annual General Meeting today, 7th May 2024.

Jane has been a Non-Executive Director of Victrex since 2015 and Chair of the CR Committee since 2022. Until 2023, Jane was the Chief Executive of Catalyst Technologies at Johnson Matthey, a global sustainable technology company. She was named UK Hydrogen Champion by the UK Government in 2022 and is currently Co-Chair of the UK Government's Hydrogen Delivery Council.
