Victoria PLC ('Victoria' or 'Company'), a leading international manufacturer, supplier and distributor of contemporary design-led carpets, carpet tiles and other floorcoverings, today announces that Ian Davies, Group Finance Director, will be leaving the Group on 8 August 2012 to join Vislink plc as Finance Director.

Ian will remain with the Group until that date to complete the FY12 financial reporting and to ensure an orderly succession.Katherine Innes Ker, Chairman, commented:"On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Ian for his significant contribution to the Group since he joined in March 2007. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Ian. I understand why he felt he could not refuse this opportunity to return to the technology sector, in which he had spent the majority of his career prior to joining Victoria, and wish him every success for the future. The succession process is in hand and the Board intends to have the appointment in place in good time."
