PCA Trading Notification
The Company has received notice today that a company which is deemed to be controlled by Mr Osmond, a director of Various Eateries, has undertaken a transfer of shares in Various Eateries to certain other connected persons.
The details are set out as follows

Following these transfers, Hugh Osmond's holding is deemed to be unchanged. He remains interested in 41,616,859 Ordinary Shares representing 46.76% of the total issued share capital of the Company of which 31,922,772 Ordinary Shares are held by Xercise 2 Limited, nil Ordinary Shares are held by Rare Birds Hotel Limited, 3,174,603 Ordinary Shares are held by the Great House at Sonning Limited, 5,513,484 Ordinary Shares are held by Friends Provident International (FPI operates on an execution only basis on the sole instruction of Hugh Osmond), 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares are held by Lucy Potter and 6,000 Ordinary Shares are held by his three children.
