Director/PDMR Dealing
Various Eateries PLC, the owner, developer and operator of restaurant, clubhouse and hotel sites in the United Kingdom, announces that Friends Provident International ("FPI") ((which operates on an execution only basis on the sole instruction of Hugh Osmond (Non-Executive Director of the Company)), on 19 September 2025 purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction FPI's beneficial holding is now 66,956,036 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 38.25% of the total issued share capital and voting rights in the Company.
The resultant aggregate interest of Hugh Osmond and members of his Concert Party in the ordinary shares in the capital of the Company for the purpose of the City Code, is 111,572,895 ordinary shares, representing 63.74% of the Enlarged Share Capital.
