PCA Trading Notification
The Company has received notice today that Friends Provident International (FPI operates on an execution only basis on the sole instruction of Hugh Osmond, a director of Various Eateries), has undertaken a transfer of shares in Various Eateries to certain other connected persons.
The details are set out as follows

He remains interested in 41,616,859 Ordinary Shares representing 46.76% of the total issued share capital of the Company of which 37,436,256 Ordinary Shares are held by Xercise 2 Limited, 3,174,603 Ordinary Shares are held by the Great House at Sonning Limited, nil Ordinary Shares are held by Friends Provident International (FPI operates on an execution only basis on the sole instruction of Hugh Osmond), 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares are held by Lucy Potter and 6,000 Ordinary Shares are held by his three children.
