Director PDMR Shareholdings
Van Elle Holdings plc (AIM:VANL) announces that it has been notified of the following transaction in ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Mr Mark Cutler, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 55,603 Ordinary Shares in the Company, at a price of 50.0 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Cutler has an interest in 192,767 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.24 per cent. of the issued share capital.
Mr Michael Mason, Group Services Director and a PDMR of the Company, has sold 4,186,961 Ordinary Shares. Following this transaction, Mr Mason does not have an interest in Ordinary Shares.
