Van Elle Holdings plc (AIM: VANL) announces that it has been notified that Mr Graeme Campbell, Chief Financial Officer, has purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") each at a price of 39.95 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Campbell and those persons closely associated with him, are interested in 75,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.07% of the Company's voting share capital.
