ValiRx PLC22 December 2006 ValiRx plc (the "Company") Total Voting Rights For the purposes of the transitional provisions of the Financial ServicesAuthority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinaryshares of 0.2p each in the capital of the Company in issue as at the date ofthis notice is 885,191,389 with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 885,191,389. The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominatorfor the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of theCompany under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
