Issue of equity

 

The Company announces that it has issued 3,600,000 new ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1p per share in lieu of fees owed. The admission of 3,600,000 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM is expected to occur on 11 March, 2010. On admission, the Company will have 157,945,030 Ordinary Shares in issue.
