Issue of equity
Further to the announcement on 9 April, 2009, the Company is pleased to confirm that it has raised Β£199,000, before expenses, via a placing of 19,900,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1p per share.
The admission ofΒ 19,900,000 new Ordinary Shares toΒ trading on AIM isΒ expected toΒ occurΒ today. On admission, the Company will have 136,278,365 Ordinary Shares in issue.
