Further re directorate change

Further to its announcement of 18 December 2014, SnackTime provides the following information on Mark Stone who will be appointed as CEO of the Company with effect from 2 January 2015.

Mark Stone joined the Company on 1 October 2014 from Maas International Limited where he had led its UK & Ireland operational teams since early 2012. After successful implementation of cost reduction and margin development programmes, he was handed full responsibility for the business as Managing Director, and later joined the a European Board of Directors. Prior to his role at Maas International, he held management positions at Greenwich Leisure Limited, Sheffield International Venues and at Mansfield District Council.
