SNACKTIME PLC ("SnackTime" or the "Company")

SnackTime announces that due to issues regarding the reconstruction of its balance sheet debt, the Company will be unable to publish its annual audited accounts for the year ended 31 March 2015 ("Accounts") within 6 months of the year end as required under the AIM Rules for Companies. Accordingly, trading in the Company's shares on AIM has been suspended with immediate effect pending publication of the Accounts.
