Completion of Tranche 2
Further to its announcement on 23 December 2015 the Company is pleased to announce that, following receipt of subscription funds, completion of Tranche 2 of the refinancing is expected to occur on 31 December 2015.
Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 29,238,740 new ordinary shares ("New Shares"), as previously detailed in the Company's announcement of 11 December 2015, and dealings are expected to commence on 31 December 2015.
The Company has been advised since the 11 December 2015 announcement that the Unicum debt has been fully assigned to Uvenco Holdings Limited. Therefore 2,300,000 of the New Shares will be issued to Uvenco Holdings Limited, a company that is also a part of the Belotserkovsky Concert Party, and not to Unicum.
On 11 December 2015 the Company announced that the holders of the remaining £137,456 nominal of Loan Notes were to be offered conversion rights on the same terms. To date the holders of £56,000 nominal of this total have agreed to convert to equity at 10 pence per share. An announcement of the final conversion numbers will be made in January 2016.
As previously reported, the Company's shares continue to be suspended from trading on AIM. Further announcements will be made in due course.
