Further re. appointment of directors

Following its announcement released on 22 September 2010, SnackTime announces further details regarding Tim James and Michiel Slinkert who have been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and non-executive Director of the Company respectively.

Timothy Henry Thorpe James, FCCA, added 55, is an experienced financial director, executive and consultant. He has a broad experience in financing and operating small and medium sized companies, gained initially as an executive and subsequently as a consultant specialising in raising debt and equity for growing companies. In 1999, Tim founded Syntegris Partners, an independent management consultancy, which offers financial and general management and consultancy; and corporate finance services encompassing advice on strategy through to business planning, modelling and documentation.

Tim James is or has been a director or partner of the following companies or partnerships in the preceding 5 years: -

Mr James has no beneficial interest in the Company. In addition, Mr James has confirmed that there is no further information required to be disclosed in relation to Rule 17 and paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Michiel Jacobus Slinkert, a Dutch national aged 49, has been a non-executive director of Vendia since 1997, and has a wealth of experience in finance. Since 2005 he has been an Executive Director at Financiële Participaties Amsterdam N.V., a private equity firm operating in both the Netherlands and Germany. From 1995 he was a member of the Board of Directors of Effectenbank Stroeve N.V., a market leader in the Netherlands in providing investment advice to private investors and external asset managers, a position he held until its sale to RABO Bank in 2000. Previous experience includes acting as an advisor on corporate finance to PriceWaterhouse in Rotterdam and three years as Chief Financial Officer at Pacific Investments Holding N.V. Michiel began his career as a tax lawyer where he specialised in international tax law and cross border transactions, focusing on the financial services industry.

Michiel Slinkert is or has been a director or partner of the following companies or partnerships in the preceding 5 years: -

Mr Slinkert has a beneficial interest in 863,485 ordinary shares of 2p each in SnackTime, representing approximately 5.3% of the Company's issued share capital. He also holds warrants over 287,924 new ordinary shares in the Company. Mr Slinkert has confirmed that there is no further information required to be disclosed in relation to Rule 17 and paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
