Director's Dealing
The Company today received notification on 6 January 2010 that on 5 January 2010, Michael Jackson, Non-executive Chairman of the Company sold 14,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company at a price of 180p per share. On the same day, Mr Jackson's SIPP purchased 14,000 ordinary shares of 2p each at a price of 180p per share.
Following these transactions, Michael Jackson's interest in the Company remains unchanged at 86,800 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.80% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
In addition to the above, Michael Jackson is a director of Elderstreet Investments Limited which through the Elderstreet VCT plc is interested in 1,812,272 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company, representing approximately 16.62 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary shares.
