Directorate changes 

UniVision (AIM: UVEL), the Hong Kong based group whose principal activities are the supply, design, installation and maintenance of closed-circuit television ("CCTV") and surveillance systems, and the sale of security related products, announces that Chun Pan WONG, the Company's CEO, has tendered his resignation as a Director and will retire on 26 December 2019 after some 28 years with the Group.

The Company is pleased to announce that Peter Yip Tak CHAN, the Company's Sales and Marketing Director, will take over as the Group's CEO on 27 December 2019.

Stephen Koo, Chairman, commented: "We would very much like to thank Pan for his many years of loyal service to UniVision and we wish him well for the future in his retirement. I am also delighted to announce the appointment of Peter Chan as his replacement. Peter has been with the Group since 1995, joining the Company's board as Sales and Marketing Director in October 2014. We wish him well in his new position as we look to take the Group forward."
