Annual Report and Financial Statements

United Utilities Group PLC announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements (ARFS) for the year ended 31 March 2021 and the 2021 Notice of Annual General Meeting (Notice of Meeting) are now available for viewing, in accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule ("DTR") 6.3.5(3), on the Company's website at the following website addresses:

United Utilities Group PLC announced its final results on 27 May 2021 (the announcement) in accordance with the financial reporting obligations of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules which can be viewed at:

ESG event 15 September 2021

We have a deep connection with the environment and the communities we serve and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) considerations are at our heart and always have been. Increasingly, stakeholders, assess how companies approach responsible business through an ESG lens. We believe there is a close relationship between ESG performance and investor value and that it is important to disclose our ESG performance in an open and transparent way. Our comprehensive corporate reporting of financial and non-financial information in our annual report and accounts illustrates how we are meeting our commitments as a purpose led company, enabling stakeholders to see that we focus on what matters to them. Building on this, we will be hosting an investor webcast on 15 September 2021 to present our approach to ESG followed by an opportunity to ask questions about the plans we have to deliver value to all the stakeholders we serve.
