Correction of Record Date
The Unite Group PLC Full Year Results announcement for the year to 31 December 2014, released at 07:00 on 23 February 2015, incorrectly stated that the recommended final dividend in respect of the year of 9.0 pence per share would be paid to shareholders on the register at close of business on 23 April 2015.
The correct date should have been stated as 24 April 2015. All other details in the announcement made on 23 February 2015 were correct.
