Dividend Declaration
US Solar Fund plc (LON: USF (USD)/USFP (GBP)) is pleased to announce its Q4 2023 dividend of 1.54 cents per Ordinary Share, in line with its annual dividend target of 5.66 cents per Ordinary Share. The dividend will be paid as timetabled below:

o | Payment Date: 30 April 2024 |
Of this dividend declared of 1.54 cents per Ordinary Share, 0.36 cents per Ordinary Share has been designated as an interest distribution while the remaining 1.18 cents per Ordinary Share will be paid as a dividend.
