Appointment of New Director

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Elizabeth Flockhart as non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 November 2025.

Liz Flockhart is an experienced investment professional with over 20 years in fund management and investment oversight. After qualifying as a chartered accountant, Liz started her investment career as a fund manager at Martin Currie plc before moving to Standard Life plc, latterly Aberdeen plc as Global Head of Oversight. She led a team responsible for the oversight of public market assets, including investment trusts. Currently, Liz is a Trustee Director, Chair of Audit and member of the Investment Committee for the Nuclear Liabilities Fund, a £20 billion trust set aside for decommissioning costs in the UK.

The appointment of Ms Elizabeth Flockhart falls to be ratified by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in September 2026.
