Zebediela Nickel Project
Expected commencement of magnetite drill programme
Following the announcement of 5 April 2017 which stated that the Company has commenced metallurgical test work on the magnetite resource associated with the nickel mineralisation at its Zebediela Project, the Company has been informed that preliminary results from the laboratory on this test work will be available within the next 10 days.
As the drill rig is already on site, the Company expects that drilling to define the magnetite resource will commence immediately thereafter based on a 1,500 metre work programme.
As previously stated, the Company believes that the magnetite mineralisation could provide the potential to generate cash flow prior to the commencement of nickel extraction.
The Company expects to update the market in the very near future on additional metallurgical test work based on acid leaching, additional drill targets and other company projects.
