Board Changes

The Board of Niger announces that James Mellon, the Company's Non-executive Chairman, has resigned with immediate effect.  The Board would like to express their appreciation to Mr Mellon for his services to the Company since its inception. 

The Board agreed unanimously to appoint Mr Ian Stalker as Non-executive Chairman.

Following these changes the new Board composition is as follows:

Ian Stalker  Non-executive Chairman

John Sanders Chief Executive Officer

Gordon Cassidy Finance Director

Wayne G. Beach Non-executive Director

John P. Lynch Non-executive Director
