("Niger Uranium" or the "Company")

Changes to the Board of Directors

The Board of Niger Uranium announces that Non-Executive Directors John Sanders and Wayne Beach have resigned form the Board with immediate effect. The Board would like to thank both individuals for their hard work and efforts during their time on the Board.

Following these changes the composition of the Board of the Company is as follows:

Ian Stalker - Executive Chairman

Gordon Cassidy - Finance Director

John P Lynch - Non-Executive Director

The Board intends to appoint two new non-executive directors, one of which shall be nominated by NWT Uranium Corp ("NWT"), and the other of which it is intended shall be independent of NWT. A further announcement will be made in due course.
