("Niger Uranium" or "the Company")

Board Changes

The Board of Niger announces that John Sanders, the Company's Chief Executive, has decided to leave the Company and he has therefore resigned as Chief Executive with immediate effect. John Sanders will however continue to be a director of the Company as a non-executive director. The Board would like to express their appreciation to Mr Sanders for his services to the Company and is pleased that he has agreed to remain on the Board. The Company intends to appoint a new chief executive in due course but in the meantime, Ian Stalker, the non-executive chairman, will become executive chairman with immediate effect and will assume John Sanders' executive responsibilities.

Following these changes the new Board composition is as follows:
