Holdings in the Company
The Company was notified on 3 May 2011 by Midland Resources Holding Limited ("Midland Resources") that as at 28 April 2011 Midland Resources was directly interested in 8,075,000 URU Metals ordinary shares representing 7.13% of the Company's issued share capital. In addition, the Company was also informed today that, prior to 28 April 2011, Midland Resources had made the following purchases:
