Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been informed that Paul Cooper, Universe's Chief Executive, yesterday acquired 111,540 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares"), at a price of 2.75 pence per share. Following this purchase, Paul now holds an aggregate of 500,000 shares representing approximately 0.45 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
