Greencoat UK Wind Announces Publication of Prospectus

Further to the announcement by Greencoat UK Wind (the "Company") today, the Company is pleased to announce that the Prospectus in respect of the Second Issue under the Share Issuance Programme was approved today by the UK Listing Authority and has been published.

Copies of the Prospectus will shortly be available for inspection at the registered office of the Company, which is situated at 27-28 Eastcastle Street, London W1W 8DH and will also be available shortly for viewing on the Company's website at http://www.greencoat-ukwind.com.

A copy of the Prospectus will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available shortly for viewing at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
