Director's dealings

Kyiv, Ukraine- Ukrproduct Group Limited ("Ukrproduct" or the "Company") (AIM: UKR), one of the leading producers and distributors of branded dairy products and beverages (kvass) in Ukraine today announces that it has received notification that Sergey Evlanchik, Company Director, has acquired 28,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at 6.5 p per share on December 16, 2014.

Following this transaction Sergey Evlanchik is now beneficially holding 14,967,133 ordinary shares representing 37,73% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).
