APPOINTMENT OF CO-BROKER
Kyiv, Ukraine - July 9, 2010 - Ukrproduct Group Limited (the "Company") (AIM: UKR), a leading producer and distributor of branded dairy products in Ukraine, announces that it has appointed Metropol (UK) Limited ("Metropol") as co-broker with immediate effect. Metropol was the Company's placing agent for the purposes of its IPO in 2005. WH Ireland Limited will continue to act as the Company's nominated adviser and co-broker.

Ukrproduct Group Ltd is a leading Ukrainian producer and distributor of branded dairy products. The Group's product portfolio includes processed and hard cheese, skimmed milk powder (SMP) and butter.
