DIRECTOR DECLARATION

UK Mail Group plc. announces that Bill Spencer, Independent Non-Executive Director of UK Mail Group plc, who was appointed as a Non-Executive Director to the Board of Northgate plc. in June 2016, will become Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit and Risk committee of Northgate plc. with effect from 1 October 2016. Bill is also a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees of Northgate plc.

This announcement is made in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules.
