Additional Listing
An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 385,000 ordinary shares of £0.10 each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.
These Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the following schemes:

These Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing shares in issue. It is expected that admission will become effective on 12 June 2015.
