Ogarev to the Board of Urals Energy the following Directorinformation is required under AIM Rules Schedule 2(g). James Robert Maguire, Jr. is aged 52 and has no previous names. He currently holds the following directorships: • Morgan Stanley (Europe) Limited Mr Maguire held no other directorships in last five years. Mr Maguire holds no shares or share options in Urals Energy. Alexei Victorovich Ogarev is aged 49 and has no previous names. He currently holds the following directorships: • Rosegarden LLC Mr Ogarev held no other directorships in last five years. Under the provisions of the AIM Rules, Mr Ogarev is deemed interested in8,918,413 ordinary shares in Urals Energy. Of this holding, 208,413 ordinaryshares (representing less than 1% of the Company's issued shares) are held by acompany owned and controlled entirely by Mr Ogarev. The balance of this holding(8,710,000 ordinary shares, representing 13.65% of the Company's issued shares)is held by another company in which Mr Ogarev holds a minority interest butgreater than 20%.
