BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")
This is to inform you that 172nd meeting of the Board of Directors of UBL will be held on 27 April 2011 at 10:00 a.m. (UAE Time) at Abu Dhabi, UAE to consider and approve the Quarterly Accounts of UBL for the period ended 31-03-2011 (1st Quarter Accounts).
We will communicate the financial results for the said period to the exchanges on same day from our fax numbers 021- 32411749 or 021-990332304.
The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from 18 April 2011 to 27 April 2011 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulations of the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in / buy & sell the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
