We have to inform you that His Highness Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan, and Mr. Omar Ziad Jaafar Al Askari have resigned as Director/Chairman and Director of United Bank Limited respectively with immediate effect.
This is also to inform you that the Board of Directors of United Bank Limited in their meeting held on 19 December 2013 have appointed Sir Mohammed Anwar Pervez, OBE, HPK as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors of United Bank Limited with immediate effect.
