BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")
This is to inform you that 166th meeting of the Board of Directors of UBL will be held on 26 April 2010 at 02:00 p.m. (UAE Time) at Abu Dhabi, UAE to consider and approve the Quarterly Accounts of UBL for the period ended 31-03-2010 (1st Quarter Accounts).
We will communicate the financial results for the said period to the exchanges on next working day i.e. 27 April 2010 from our fax numbers 021- 32411749 or 021-990332304.
The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from 16 April 2010 to 26 April 2010 as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulations of the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
