BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK ("UBL")
This is to inform you that 226th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Wednesday, 22 April 2020 through video conference at 04:00 p.m. (Pakistan Standard Time) inter-alia, to consider and approve the Condensed Interim Financial Statements of UBL for the Quarter ended 31 March 2020 for declaration of any entitlement.
The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 14 April 2020 to 23 April 2020 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.1 (d) of the PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the Shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
Please note that the Directors of UBL are presently at different locations globally, therefore, the meeting will start at 4:00 p.m. Pakistan Standard Time on 22 April, 2020 through video conference call i.e. after close of business hours of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). Therefore, the quarterly accounts and announcement, if any, will be made on the next working day, i.e. 23 April, 2020 (early morning).
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
