We have to inform you that the Board of Directors of United Bank Limited ("UBL") in their 198thmeeting held on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Islamabaddeclared the following:
(i) Cash Dividend
2ndInterim Cash Dividend for the year 2015 at Rs.3.00 per share i.e.30%.
(ii) Bonus Shares
