Transfer of Shares held in Treasury
Development Securities PLC ("the Company") announces that on 21 March 2014 it transferred to a participant in the Company's employee SAYE scheme 4,605 ordinary shares for the exercise of options under the SAYE 2005 scheme at a price of 152 pence per share. The shares were all formerly held as treasury shares. The Company has received the proceeds of £6,999.60 in cash.
Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds a total of 118,792 of its ordinary shares in treasury. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury) is 122,233,712.
