Development Securities PLC11 September 2007 Misys plc takes PaddingtonCentral pre-letting Development Securities has announced the first letting at its office developmentat One Kingdom Street, PaddingtonCentral, carried out in partnership with MorleyFund Management and Union Investment Real Estate. Misys plc, the global software and solutions company, has taken the first,second and third floors of the Sheppard Robson - designed building, a total of73,000 sq.ft. (6.770 m2). The building is scheduled for completion in February 2008 and 179,000 sq.ft.(16,600 m2) remains available.
