Tyman, a leading international supplier of engineered components to the door and window industry, notes that Louis Eperjesi, Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed a Non-executive Director of Ibstock plc with effect from 1 June 2018. Upon appointment Louis will join the Remuneration, Audit and Nomination Committees of Ibstock.

This disclosure is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14 R (2) of the Listing Rules.
