Total Voting Rights

Tertiary Minerals plc announces, for the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, that as at the date of this notice, the total issued share capital of the Company consists of 1,163,322,445 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each with voting rights. Following the Admission of the Shares, as announced on 24 February 2021, the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights will be 1,183,322,445 ordinary shares.

The total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 1,183,322,445 from 8 March 2021 and this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in the interest in, the share capital of the Company.
