Total Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Taylor Wimpey plc (the "Company") announces that its issued share capital consists of 3,556,985,103 ordinary shares of 1 pence, with each share carrying the right to one vote.

The Company holds 16,943,749 shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 3,540,041,354. This figure (3,540,041,354) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, shares of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
