Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
Taylor Wimpey plc (the "Company") announces the following transactions by PDMRs, which took place in connection with the non-pre-emptive placing of new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Placing") at a price of 145 pence per share (the "Placing Price") on 18 June 2020.
Concurrently with the Placing, the directors of the Company subscribed for an aggregate of 324,823 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company at the Placing Price pursuant to subscription letters entered into by each director with the Company.
On 22 June 2020, Mr Noel, a PDMR of the Company, sold 10,344 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 154.85 pence per Ordinary Share and, on the same day, Mr Noel's SIPP purchased 10,344 Ordinary Shares at 150.59 pence per Ordinary Shares.
