Taylor Wimpey Performance Share Plan ("TWPSP") - 2016 Awards

Conditional Performance Share Awards have today been granted to three Executive Directors under the TWPSP as set out below:

The price used to calculate the above Awards was 179.10 pence being the average mid-market close price for Taylor Wimpey plc 1p Ordinary Shares for the three business days prior to the date of these Awards on 7 March 2016.

The vesting of Awards under the TWPSP will be subject to the achievement of performance criteria based on Total Shareholder Return, Return on Capital Employed and Company Cash Conversion performance, and will be measured at the end of the applicable three year performance period.
