Directors' Shareholdings - Dividend Re-Investment
In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), Taylor Wimpey plc (the "Company") has been advised today by SG Hambros Trust Company (Channel Islands) Limited, as Trustee of the Employee Benefit Trust, that on 25 September 2013, as a result of participation by the Trust in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRI Plan"), the following number of ordinary shares in the Company have been added to the conditional deferred share bonus awards granted under the Taylor Wimpey 2008 Executive Incentive Scheme ("TWEIS") to the Directors named below.
