James Jordan, Group Legal Director and Company Secretary, Exercise of Sharesave Options.
In accordance with the requirements of D.T.R. 3.1.2, Taylor Wimpey plc (the "Company") announces that James Jordan, Group Legal Director and Company Secretary has today exercised a three year option granted in 2008 under the Company's Savings-Related Share Option Plan over 37,614 1p ordinary shares of the Company, at an option price of 25.52p per share. The shares have been retained and his holding of the Company's shares now totals 220,165 comprising 190,553 shares registered in his name and 29,612 shares registered in the name of Equiniti Corporate Nominees Limited.
This notification is made on 1 December 2011 in accordance with the requirements of D.T.R. 3.1.4.
