Taylor Wimpey plc (the "Company")
Grant of options to an Executive Director under the Company's Savings-Related Share Option Plan ("Sharesave Plan")
In accordance with the requirements of D.T.R. 3.1.2 R, the Company is pleased to announce that Ryan Mangold, Group Finance Director has today been granted options to purchase 1p Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Shares") under the Company's 3-year Sharesave Plan at an exercise price of 84.72p, as detailed below. The Sharesave Plan is an 'All Employee' share plan available to all UK employees subject to qualifying conditions.
