Directors' Shareholdings - Dividend Re-Investment
In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), Taylor Wimpey plc (the "Company") was advised yesterday by Apex Group Limited, as Trustee of the Employee Benefit Trust, that as a result of participation by the Trust in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") in respect of the 2019 Interim Dividend paid by the Company, on 8 November 2019, the following number of ordinary shares in the Company have been added to the conditional deferred share bonus awards granted under the Taylor Wimpey 2008 Executive Incentive Scheme ("TWEIS") to the Directors named below.
